Last Supper

I started Yoga today and decided I needed to eat lighter before going, this was not the best choice but damn if you know Max & Erma's Tortillia Soup like i know Max & Erma's Tortillia Soup then you know how delicious it was. 

I love food and now that i am trying to watch what I eat a little bit closer everything looks so damn good.

Life in the burbs!

Sometimes the most exciting thing to happen to you when you live in the burbs is waking up, this is always a plus no matter where you live, if you end up getting funky green dish gloves, bonus!

Baby Love

Today was all about the babies, well their parents anyway.  I had a session with  a great couple expecting there first bundle of joy and then attended the shower for another couple who are expecting and the ironic thing about the photo about is that that the baby will be "Baby Love" yep daddy's last name is Love.

Guess who has a passport, guess?

Look what I got today, my passport, I feel like Steve Martin in "The Jerk" when he sees his name in the phone book.  I feel like somebody!

Inspired

So tonight I attended a Quilt show with Sharon and was so inspired.  Jaqcuie Gering a Modern Quilter by definition was an excellent speaker and first and foremost and Artist!

We got to get up close and personal with her finished quilts and i love all the texture and colors.  The final photo is a quilt she created using only the salvage edge that everyone cuts off and throws out.

Looks like there might be a quilt in my future!

Homemade Potato Soup

Today I made this homemade Potato Soup (recipe from Pinterest) and garlic butter grilled cheese.  

Morning Sunshine!

There is something about this Sunshine yellow mug that makes me feel happy, I am sure that this beautiful sunny warmish day isn't hurting my mood either.
