Well, i certainly hope to have a better relationship with this bike than my last! We didn't see much of each other and when we did i felt like i put more into the relationship then he did.  

Found this cutie at a garage sale and just felt compelled to bring him home. What's not to love i mean it has white walls and great vintage styling and a red and black color scheme. What do you guys think?  I told Cliff i wanted a basket on the front so i can got to the store and put things in it and he said next thing you know i would have streamers hanging from the handles. 

Another Pinteresting Day

While i actually finished this project last night i didn't take the photos of them up on the counters until today!  Of course i originally found this idea on Pinterest while researching another idea and i knew immediately knew i had to make them.

They are easy to make and really have a great vintage marquee style to them. I created this gif so that you can see what it looks like lit up and not lit.

This is what the backside of the letter looks like, had to put holes in it to accommodate the lights.

Spring is in the air.

It has been cold but spring is in the air and in my backyard.

We bundled up and got geared up and headed to the ballpark for the Tiger's vs. Mariners.

It was the first time i got to see the "Prince".  Looks like Leland was not happy with one of the calls, i speculate that they were really talking about meeting for drinks after the game and just making it look like they were mad.

Starbucks, Puerto Rico

It is always hard getting back into a groove after a vacation and i was still wanting to embrace some part of last week, unfortunately the closest i could get was my mug from the Puerto Rico Starbucks!  I never imagined that these small islands would have a Starbucks but i think Puerto Rico actually had seven.

Beach Ready

In a final effort to get myself beach ready i had a pedicure today. Watch out sand and sea here we come.

NOTE: i will be taking photos everyday but will not have the internet until Easter, whatever will i do with myself.

Goal Attained

A small battle was won today when my scale finally conceded and admitted that i had lost 10 pounds.  Not a big victory but a milestone none the less.
