This has become one of my favorite "cheat treats" a delicious Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. While i am not a fan of healthy eating i have grown used to eating what is good for me. But a girl has got to have some chocolate now and again.
This batch was picked up at the local Walgreens where they were on sale, but sometimes i get them at Kroger. We will have to get together and enjoy some Skinny treats.
And where, pray tell, are you getting those Skinny Cow treats? I'd like to enjoy one of those with my favorite Skinny Girl cocktail!
